2007 ABFM-PDX registration form

You can register on-line, or by email, or by regular mail. Fill out the form below. Then choose one of the three registration and payment options:

  1. Secure online payment made by clicking the "Register and Pay with PayPal now" button, which will take you to PayPal for making the payment. , Or,
  2. If you do not have a PayPal account and don't wish to create one, you can fill out the form and click the "Register by Email" button to email the registration form with credit card information. Or,
  3. Click the "Print Form to Mail/Fax" button to print out the form and mail the form and payment via postal service.

Note that your registration packet and any merchandise ordered will not be shipped. You must pick up the registration packed and merchandise at the field meet.

If you want to have a photo of your car or bike included in the souvenir program, you must email a digital photo (as an attachment) to us when you register. Digital photos should be saved as high resolution photos (color, 3x5 inches, at least 300 DPI, JPG format) in order to be included in the souvenir program. Please include your name and address in the body of the message, as well as the Make, Model, class and year of your vehicle . Digital photos may be emailed to Bob Wallace at bob_j_wallace@hotmail.com or bobjwallace@gmail.com. Please make the subject line: ABFM 2007 photo.
